TRUST & SAFETY

A multilayered approach

Keep profiles private. Keep your family safe.

Family comes first, and that includes their safety. Get personalized care support while having the peace of mind knowing that everyone in your family is safe.

Once you’ve created profiles for your family members, you can control who gets to see their information. Set their profile visibiltiy to only specific individuals, your tribes, communities or the entire village. Choose anonymous display names. You decide what’s best for your family, and that includes their privacy too.

Post or fill care requests in your trusted network.

Share your care needs with people that feel right to you, from places that you’ll naturally be inclined to seek care like your kid’s school, faith or housing communities. In Abulé, you get to decide where to post your care requests–your tribes, communities, or even the entire village.

The same goes for when you’re filling care requests for someone else too. You can help your neighbor, a parent from your kid’s school, or even a village member you didn’t know before.

An extra step for safety. An extra layer of care.

Just like being mindful of who you welcome into your home, we ensure every member of our village goes through ID verification–whether you’re a care seeker or care giver. To fill a carpooling or transportation requests, you’ll need to verify additional information.

If you’re not able to find care support within your trusted network, or if you are new to an area, you’ll have the option to post your care requests to the broader village, where you can self-vet care givers who have completed a background check.

Safety nets to keep you safe.

Get a helping hand, have peace of mind.
